W ostatnich latach rozprzestrzeniły się ruchy, które dla wielu młodych ludzi, zwłaszcza studentów, stanowią formę aktywizmu i pokojowego protestu związanego z kwestiami zrównoważonego rozwoju środowiska i walką ze zmianami klimatu.
Ogólny cel
Projekt ma na celu zwiększenie świadomości ekologicznej studentów, w szczególności osób studiujących w uniwersytetach, poprzez zaangażowanie ich w swoje społeczności i przekształcenie ich w aktorów zmian.
Cele szczegółowe
Zrozumienie zjawiska przemocowej radykalizacji związanej z aktywizmem środowiskowym i klimatycznym poprzez badania jakościowe i ilościowe dotyczące konkretnych przypadków, postaw i opinii studentów uniwersytetów
Wyniki
Projekt będzie promował kompetencje środowiskowe wśród osób studiujących na uniwersytetach, rozwijając ich wiedzę i umiejętności oraz tworząc więź między nimi a społecznością, której są częścią, a także zwiększając ich zainteresowanie i wiedzę na temat kwestii związanych ze zmianami klimatu.
Projekt zapewni osobom w nim uczestniczącym zrozumienie złożoności systemów środowiskowych i społecznych oraz nabycie solidnych umiejętności rozwiązywania problemów, dzięki którym będą oni w stanie interweniować w te systemy za pomocą innowacyjnych i skutecznych rozwiązań, które przyczynią się do zwalczania problemów związanych ze zmianami klimatu i zrównoważonym rozwojem środowiska, jednocześnie zapobiegając ich radykalizacji z zastosowaniem przemocy.
Projekt będzie promował rozwój zawodowy osób uczestniczących w projekcie poprzez stworzenie społeczności praktyków na temat zapobiegania przemocowej radykalizacji postaw w aktywizmie środowiskowym; projekt połączy wkład różnych podmiotów (naukowców, studentów, osób z trzeciego sektora), zwiększając wpływ działań mających na celu zapobieganie przemocowej radykalizacji postaw w aktywizmie środowiskowym i zwalczaniu zmian klimatycznych.

Our ELCRA partner meeting in Rome, 09/10/2026 brought the whole consortium together around one table, with colleagues from Italy, Spain, Poland, Lithuania and Portugal. 💚
We took stock of the research carried out so far, shared updates on each work package, and planned the next steps for the project: from the ECO-Literacy Framework to the COIL course connecting students across Europe. 🎓
What we value most about moments like this is the people: universities, youth organisations and students working side by side to bring environmental literacy into higher education and to prevent violent radicalisation in climate activism. 🌿

On 9 October, we gathered at Europe Experience – David Sassoli in Rome, and online via livestream, to close the ELCRA journey with a conversation about environmental literacy, young people and Europe’s commitment to the climate. 💚
We presented the ELCRA project alongside other KA2 projects, shared our Policy Paper and the European commitment behind it, listened to the Italian perspective, and gave space to the voices of young people.
